North Stack Seal Safari, Wednesday 18th September.

This walk starts at 10 am from the main car park at Breakwater Country Park (their is a small charge to park here, so please bring some change). The walk finishes about 12.30 pm.

We take the coast path past the gunpowder store on the side of Holyhead mountain. The views are wonderful across to Carmel Head, the offshore island of the Skerries and on a clear day the Isle of Man. Also lovely views of the amazing historic Breakwater and Holyhead harbour. The heathland is still in flower and we should see chough and possibly gannets and manx shearwater offshore. Once we get to North Stack, by edging along the cliffs we may get great views of seals and their pups in their breeding cave!
North Stack can also be a good place to watch dolphins and porpoises, binoculars can be loaned out on request.

Adult £10, groups please discuss a discount with me.
